Actually, there have been alot of questions arising from all the people that have come across my blogs name. The primary question being:

What does L33t stand for ??!

So here is the detailed answer i have compiled for all the readers (apart from the fact that it sounds totally c0ol !)

Now, Urbandictionay, has the following definitions on their page:

• As the Internet was coming into its own, during the early 1980s, hackers that didn’t want their websites, newsgroups, etc, to be picked up in a simple keyword search began using numbers to replace certain letters (mostly vowels) such as A = 4 or E = 3.
  At this point, l33t speak was only known to a select few and only used when necessary. However, in 1994, id Software began to add Internet connectivity to Doom and Doom II, leading to a revolution in PC gaming and also to the rise of l33t speak.
  As with any type of competition, ’smack’ talk became prevalent in online gaming. Phrases such as ‘I am elite’ became common place, and somewhere down the line l33t speak crept in, reforming the phrase into ‘1 4m 3l1t3′ in order to demonstrate that the speaker was a hacker and someone to be feared. It was further exaggerated by purposeful bad spelling and eventually wound up as something like this, ‘1 4m 3l33t!’ and simplified to, ‘1 4m 133t’. Hence the name ‘l33t speak’
• L33t or 133t or |337 is an online language mostly used by computer geeks. it changes letters of words into numbers or characters that look the like the letter
• In gaming, a term to describe one with a great deal of skill, or to describe incredibly advanced technology. One who is l33t is the opposite of being a noob. L33tness is relative but usually comes with experience and skill (or upgraded hardware for better gaming speed and performance).

And Wikipedia has the following to say:

• Leet (written as 31337, 1337, and l33t), or Leetspeak, is a written argot used primarily on the Internet, but becoming increasingly common in many online video games,^[1] which uses various combinations of alphanumerics to replace proper letters. The term itself is a degenerate form of the word “elite”, and the language it describes resembles a highly specialized form of electronic shorthand. Initially, the word leet was used as an adjective, to primarily describe the behavior or accomplishments of others in the community. In that usage, Leet generally carries the same meaning when referring to either the game prowess or, in original usage, hacking expertise of another person
