If you are like me, and dont throw aways stuff that you think that “might” be o some future use, then you must have a collection of cd’s and dvd’s that got scratched, chipped, error while writing, etc etc.. Here is a great cool loking solution that really uses all these cd’s gone bad.
College student Russell Jones did just that: a cathode lamp, a little rewiring and some custom woodworking for the base turned out a mod bluish torch with which any geek would be proud to light his mother’s basement.
