From one of the newer blogs on my blogroll list, comes a valuable information for any COD4 Player, that can help players in deciding the perks before they suit-up for their battles. Along with this, numerous other fantastic posts about COD4 Weapons, unlocks, Strategies. Maps views and what not!
PERK-OLOGY 101 is an awesome post opening up details on the perks that are unlocked as the player progresses in the Multiplayers mode of the game. Different perks have different advantages and disadvantages, and upto three can be used simultaneously, with one from each type.
Quoting the author:
Perks are special abilities that are available to you in the game. Three groups of perks are available to you. They’re sectioned off so that you can’t overload yourself with ridiculous combinations of special abilities, making you impossible to be killed, find etc. Choosing the right combinations of perks and weapon loadouts for the map will be key to your success on the battlefield.

Well, martydom is a good perk but becomes n00bish when you play in HC mode. I mean, i get tired of people 10 dropping grenades when they get killed and even if u are on a killing spree, u eventually end up being a victim
