Yes, the game, that i played soo much, and loved so much back when i was in college, and which i misplaced from my collection 
is now once again on my top played games this week! And since this is a portable edition, meaning its a SINGLE EXECUTABLE, that can run anywhere, on any system, anytime! (Even in office 
… )
Since its a portable edition, there are some drawbacks, namely, it does not have any Music Files, eventhough the ungame audio is there. And for some reason, the Lan or Tcp IP mode doesnot work and that you cant save any seasons or settings that u make 
But what the heck! its FIFA99! And in a small package of 27MB! What else do you want
